Ubud yoga is available in our “open air yoga studio” in the main pool area. This is the best place for yoga and meditation to recharge mind and spirit in the morning. Through out the ancient art of classical yoga, you will learn the technique to still your mind, strengthen your body and expand your consciousness using posture, breath work, meditation and relaxation. The class is conducted by our experienced Balinese Yoga Instructor. He has been teaching yoga to many foreigners as well as practicing yoga for years and feels the great benefits of yoga for body and soul. The class is suitable for beginners.
